Call it “Affluenza”, call it whatever you want, but Samuel Curtis “S. C.” Johnson III, billionaire heir to the S. C. Johnson & Sons (formerly Johnson’s Wax) fortune, is only going to do four measly months behind bars for his sexual assault of his underage stepdaughter.
Johnson confessed to repeatedly sexually assaulting his 12-year-old stepdaughter. His prison sentence of only four months from Racine County, Wisconsin Circuit Justice Eugene Gasiorkiewicz, has been justified citing the Johnson family’s importance in the community.
Johnson pled guilty to the insultingly undercharged misdemeanor of fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct. The judge did not comment on why Johnson did not face the logical charges of felony sexual assault on a minor child.
The victim explained to police that Johnson was “a sex addict” and constantly touched her inappropriately 15 to 20 times starting with the first time when she was 12 years old.
She has since moved to North Carolina and is unwilling to return to Wisconsin to testify due to the psychological trauma that the billionaire pedophile has caused he.
Johnson’s attorney, Michael F. Hart, said that the maximum prison term for his client would not be fair. He argued that such felony charges should be reserved for “maximum defendants.”
What does that mean? Well according to Hart, it doesn’t mean billionaires who lead, what he called a “productive life.”
Judge Gasiorkiewicz agreed with the disgusting argument and gave Johnson nothing more than a $6,000 fine and four months in prison.
If you’ve had enough, SPREAD THE WORD and DEMAND NEW CHARGES be raised against Johnson. Contact the Racine County District Attorney and let them know what you think about this travesty of justice!
